Develop the 'Reading Habit'
Get into the habit of reading and having a book 'on the go' all the time. Read whatever interests you, but identify the books that make you feel the way you want to feel and then read them! If you want to 'get happy' it makes sense to read books about being happy. There is a huge variety of books in this area and my suggestions are: Seven Habits of Highly Successful people by Steven Covey, The Success Principles by Jack Canfield and the classic How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
